Daily tariffs are per person per night sharing and is fully inclusive of accommodation, 3 meals per day, teas/coffees, use of snorkelling equipment, guided walks, kayaking and sundowners at Lake Sibaya . Rates exclude extras and Isimangaliso Wetland Park entry fees & transfers to and from the lodge.

PARK ENTRANCE FEES

R 25.00 per person, R12.50 children under 12, R17.00 per vehicle. Valid until 31 August 2010

TRANSFERS
R150.00 per person return. After 31 August 2010 and during World Cup period, the transfer rate will be R 175. Late / early arrivals and departures R100.00 extra per person one way.

Sleep outs are an extra activity and are at no extra cost - prior arrangement required.  Available to both Rhino Post & Plains Camp guests.  Plains Camp - no minimum required for a sleepout, however if the first guest to reserve their trail requests a sleepout, then all subsequent reservations will be required to participate.  Rhino Post - a minimum of 4 people is required for a sleep out, less than 4 people there is a surcharge of R3,000 (nett) for the camp.
Child Policy: We regret that unfortunately we cannot accommodate children under the age of 12 years old at Plains Camp, Sleep-outs or on Walking Safaris. We can accommodate children under the age of 12 years at Rhino Post Safari Lodge, they however they cannot participate in any walking safaris or Sleepouts.  Children under 6 cannot go on game drives unless there is a spare vehicle available or a private vehicle booked by prior arrangement. Triples are only available at Rhino Post for children. Unfortunately no triples are possible at Plains.

Cancellation Policy

Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:

Group Bookings (A group is 8 guests or more)

Cancellation Policy for Groups

We require written confirmation for all cancellations (e-mail or facsimile).
Please Note that guests will be required to sign an Indemnity Form on arrival at the lodge.
Only cash or credit cards are accepted at the lodges – strictly no debit cards!
All credit card payments by agents for accommodation will have a 3% surcharge, except AMEX which will have a 5% surcharge.
Please ensure you have travel insurance to cover any cancelled bookings.
